Silage grab - SGS

The SGS is ideal for removing grass and maize silage from the silo.

The sturdy down holder with sickle-shaped tines and strong hydraulic cylinder garantuees a clean extraction and an optimum use of the bucket volume.

Silage Grab - SGS-2

The silage grab SGS-2 is an advanced alternative to the standard silage grab SGS.

The large jaw opening allows to drive up to the vertical wall of the clamp. Therewith the complete silage can be removed from the clamp.

SGS-2 for real experts

As with all Hauer implements, special attention is paid to high-quality materials for production and a sturdy construction. This advantage comes very clear in daily work.

The strong down holder with two cylinders can even handle very solid silage. From 1800 mm the down holder is equipped with 3 bearings for highest firmness.

High Tip - Silage Grab - HK-SGS

The Hauer high tip-silage gripper bucket is characterized by a large loading height and a robust design.

The base for the high tip grab is the approved silage grab with a well thought designed geometry of the tines, which enable a comfortable removal of silage from the clamp.

The high tipping function allows 1500 mm higher tipping height than with regular silage grab, so that also large mixer wagons and containers can be filled. Another major advantage is that you can drive with opened down holder up to the vertical wall of the clamp. This means that the complete silage can be removed.

Silage Gripper Fork - SGG

The silage gripper is not only suitable for removal of any type of silage (maize, grass) but also for loading manure.

The silage gripper fork has a similar form like the silage grab. The silage gripper fork has a row of stable heavy-duty tines instead of the bucket body. The sturdy down holder is equipped with sickle-shaped tines and strong hydraulic cylinders alike with the silage grab. This enables an efficient removal of silage and an optimized bucket volume.

Bale Fork - BTG 4

The BTG 4 is a universal implement for hay and straw bale handling. The well-proven and opening spikes have rollers that slide onto the spikes to protect film wrap on round bales. Die BTG 4  is especially designed for the transport and stacking of lying bales without reducing the lifting height.

The two spikes are controlled by a double-acting cylinder and open to variable widths of 660 mm to 1560 mm, enabling fast handling of bales of common sizes.
The unit is supplied with standard quick-fit rollers that rotate around the spikes for gentle handling and protection of film wrap. With spike length restricted to 1050 mm, the handler will not damage other bales in the stack.

A combined 3-point/Euro mount is an option for easy attachment to different loaders without tools. An equaliser bar is an option that keeps the arms synchronised in movement and an optional check valve secures the fork in transport position for safe travel on public roads.

Silage Bale Tong - SBZ-915

The silage bale tong was developed for the transport of round bales with a diameter from 950 - 1500 mm. The SBZ-915 is especially designed for the transport and stacking of standing bales without reducing the lifting height, as well as moving and setting up the bales.

The design of the SBZ-915 enables optimal handling of silage bales.
The shut-off valve is included in the standard scope of supply and guarantees a perfect hold of the silage bales.

Optional 3-point mount

The SBZ 915 is also available with 3-point mount. The attachment points are serially available on the frame (from construction year 08-2013) and can be refitted on existing tongs.

As an alternative attachment version there is also an assembly kit for the simultaneous use of 3-point and SWE-Euro mount, or 3-point and SWE-B Hauer mount available. With a few steps you can easily adapt the silage gripper tong either on the front loader or on the rear and front linkage.

A parking prop which can be folded upwards is included in the delivery scope. This helps mounting and dismounting the tong very comfortably.

Round Bale Tong - RBZ-919

By applying a special RBZ Kinematic, the round bale tong has a larger opening width and can be used for the transport of round bales with a diameter from 900 to 1900 mm. The RBZ-919 is especially designed for the transport and stacking of standing bales without reducing the lifting height, as well as moving and setting up the bales.

The RBZ-919 has a very sturdy design. The integrated shut-off valve for the cylinder makes sure the bales are firmly held. The silage bale tong is equipped with big dimensioned bearings with changeable bronze bushes.

In order to use the tong also with smaller 1500 mm bales, the opening width can be reduced very easily without the use of any additional tools.

Well-thought out RBZ Kinematics

The grippers do not turn around one single point, but are moving over a connecting rod and perform a kind of gripping motion. This is done in a range from 900 to 1900 mm.

Square Bale Grab - QBZ

The Hauer QBZ square bale grab is the ideal attachment for handling square wrapped silage bales as well as straw and hay bales.

The massive grab arms are made from thick-walled tube steel and apply a firm yet gentle grip on any type of square bales and also round bales. Thanks to its sturdy design, the grab handles up to 1500 kg packs.

Anti-slip device

It also carries two square bales at a time if specified with optional tubes at the back that secure the top bale from the rear. The two massive tubes conveniently retract into pipes by operating a simple mechanism for unhampered visibility during transport and compact storage dimensions.

In addition to the standard equipment, the square bale grab can also be equipped with a flow divider valve, which enables synchronous opening/closing of the two grippers.

Manure Fork - DG

The manure fork comprises a thick walled tube with welded in conical sleeves. They give the tines optimum hold. The tines are made from spring steel.

The back wall has a very sturdy design. The forks are available in widths of 1200 to 2200 mm, with two possible tine lengths (800 or 1000 mm).

Multicroco Bucket - MKS

The Hauer Multicroco bucket is designed for use on compact loaders and skid-steers where
its main application is silage cutting and muck handling.

The Hauer Multicroco bucket has a curved back that helps prevent sticky materials from clogging. The bucket is 700mm deep and 580m high. Its down holder can open 1,075mm so you can fill the bucket to capacity and load towards a wall without the down holder making contact with the wall. The operating weight has been reduced to a minimum for maximum skid-steer payload utilisation. The buckets are available in widths of 1,000mm to 2,000mm to suit all loader widths.

Multicroco fork and grab - MKG

The Hauer Multicroco fork is designed for use on compact loaders and skid-steers where its
main application is silage cutting and muck handling.

The Hauer Multicroco fork has a curved back that helps prevent sticky materials from clogging. Its massive tube steel frame has welded tapering sleeves that accommodate the 600 mm long tines which are threaded for easy replacement. The Multicroco fork is 560 mm high and has a 1,060 mm jaw opening. Its operating weight has been reduced to a minimum for maximum skid-steer payload utilisation. The forks are available in widths of 1000 mm to 2000 mm to suit all loader widths.

Multigrab fork - MGG

The multi grab fork is a universally applicable implement, which is mainly used together with mid-range skid-steer.

It is equipped with a very sturdy hydraulic down holder and can be used for various loading works. The tines have a robust design as well and comprise welded tapering sleeves. The down holder is moved by two hydraulic cylinders. Die multigrab fork has a 1300 mm jaw opening.

The Hauer Multi Grab is a bespoke development for front loaders and mid-range skid-steer
loaders.

It is typically used for removing silage from the clamp and handling muck, brush clippings and similar materials.

The Hauer Multi Grab has a curved bucket for easy removal of sticky materials. Offering a jaw opening of 1300 mm, the bucket provides great load capacity and efficiency. Its minimum operating weight allows users to take full advantage of the tractor payload. Available in sizes of 1400 mm to 2200 mm, it offers great flexibility for use in various applications. Also, the special design of the sides makes the attachment nearly a universal tool. The sides can be extended by bolted plates that are available as an option.

Clip - On Tube

For transporting silage bales with a Hauer pallet fork without damaging them, clip-on tubes can be used.

Further information ...

They are clipped on the tines and secured with bolts against slipping off. The round front part of the tubes prevent a damage of the foil.
