The Hauer company fully supports the measures taken by the Austrian Federal Government to counteract the Corona virus. Under these conditions we and our employees endeavor to largely maintain operations and, together with our logistics partners, to achieve your supply with our products in the best possible manner. The various measures taken currently have the following effects:

Sales support and administration based in home office

To continue advising and supporting you as best as we can, our area sales managers, product management and partly also administration are based in home office now. They are still available for your concerns and inquiries by phone and email.

Company closed for public visitors

We are producing currently on full capacity. Therefore, we are available for any request or order of our Service- and Premium-Partner via email or phone. Orders will be processed and shipped as usual, depending on deliverability.

For the safety of our employees, however, the company is closed for public access until further notice. Exceptions will be possible only for our commissioned logistics partners and parcel services.

A personal collection of goods or spares is currently not possible. Spare parts can only be shipped by parcel service depending on availability or picked up at our Service- and Premium-Partners. In case of urgent repairs, we kindly ask you to call 02786 / 7104-831 before any attempt to enter the company. Please inform us about your concerns by phone, so that we can solve your problem together with our Service- and Premium-Partners.
